泡沫镍的抗拉强度对电池生产与电池品质有着极其重要的影响。试验采用聚氨脂软泡沫塑料作为基材,采用碱性化学镀镍以及热处理工艺制备泡沫镍样品,研究镀液中总镍离子浓度、阴离子型添加剂A的浓度以及其他添加剂浓度对泡沫镍产品抗拉强度的影响,并采用二次镀的方法制备泡沫镍,与一次镀产品进行对比。结果表明,镍离子质量浓度在35~60g/L范围内对产品抗拉强度影响不大;阴离子添加剂A的浓度对泡沫镍的抗拉强度有显著影响,泡沫镍的抗拉强度随着A浓度增加而提高,与不添加A的产品相比,最多可提高40%;二次镀的方法对提高产品的抗拉强度有明显效果,抗拉强度最多可提高50%;同时,稀土元素铈离子的加入对提高抗拉强度有一定的作用。
The influence factors to improve tensile strength of nickel foam are investigated through adjusting production parameters during the electron-plating process. The experiments use soft polyurethane foam as substrate, conductive treatment in alkaline electroless nickel plating system,and plate 16 min in the conditions of 40-50℃ and 65A, at last, sinter the samples at 900℃ in hydrogen to remove the foam matrix.The results indicated that there is a distinct corresponding relationship between the concentrations of anion additive A and tensile strength of nickel foam, and that tensile strength of nickel foam is improved when concentration is increased,which is up to 40%. The process of twice mult-electronplating process can improve tensile strength of product obviously, the tensile strength increased by about 40%, up to 50%. Otherwise Cerium ion is also useful for improvement of tensile strength of nickel foam.
