近年来，光伏产业因其成长轨迹大幅波动，产业发展面·临国内外诸多困境等问题而备受关注。文章从光伏产业研究文献综述的视角出发，探讨了这种困境出现的原因，即目前对政策的多少和力度过度关注，而对产业整理发展的研究，支持政策的科学性和合理性研究等较为缺乏。在对产业基本属性，发展基本特征等问题都尚未研究明确的情况下，断然认为产业发展需要不断增加政策支持力度的观点是不够科学的，光伏产业诸多问题的妥善解决无疑还需要更加深入的研究。

In recent years, China＇s photovoltaic industry has attracted more concerns because ot Iluctuatlons m its growtn aria many uuxlcutt,es at home and abroad it faces. This paper discusses the reasons for these issues from the perspective of literature review and points out that too much at- tention is paid to the extent and intensity of policy support and less importance is attached to the research on the whole industry development and the scientific and rational level of the policy support. It is unscientific to assert that the development of the industry requires increasing policy sup- port without fully identifying the basic nature of the industry and its development characteristic：;. Therefore, more in-depth research is needed to seek proper resolutions to these problems in the photovoltaic industry.
