本文以中国样本数据为例,实证检验了跨国技术转移和扩散与国家创新能力的关系,得出如下结论:跨国技术转移和扩散与国家创新能力之间存在一种长期稳定的均衡关系和不同情况的Granger因果关系;无论是短期还是长期,国际贸易和国家创新能力的提升都能促进对方的提高.在短期内外国直接投资和国家创新能力互相有促进作用,但是长期来看国家创新能力能够促进外国直接投资的增长,而外国直接投资的增长却不能有效提升国家创新能力;在非常短的时期内跨国研发机构嵌入的增多能够短时提升国家创新能力,而在较长期内跨国研发机构嵌入与国家创新能力之间不存在相互促进作用.
Using the sample data of China, this paper empirically tests the relationship between transnational technology transfer & dif- fusion and national innovation capability. We draw the following conclusions: There are long-term equilibrium relationship and different Granger-causality relationships between transnational technology transfer & diffusion and national innovation capability; No matter in short-term or long-term, the promotion of international trade or national innovation capability can promote the other side. In the short term, foreign direct investment and national innovation capability can interact. But in the long term, national innovation capability can promote the growth of foreign direct investment, but not vice versa. In a very short period, it can enhance national innovation capability shortly to increase the transnational R&D institutions to embed into the host country. But in a longer term, there does not exist interac- tion between embedment of transnational R&I) institutions and national innovation capability.
