The frequency invariant beamforming(FIB) technology can receive the broadband signals from a certain direction without distortion.The research progress of the frequency invariant beamforming technology are reviewed,including basic sampling rate method,Bessel function method,new Fourier Transform method,concen tric ring array method,etc.The principle of the related beamforming is analyzed,its features are compared and the related conclusions are drawn.
