印染废水因水量大、色度高、碱性强、有机污染物含量高且成分复杂、含少量有毒物质等特点,一直是国内外难处理的工业废水之一.以实验室研究成果为基础,尝试采用商用染色机CAS-85—4气垫式筒子纱染色机作为反应器,以湿式过氧化氢氧化法处理高浓度染液,寻求适用于此类大型反应器的反应条件,实现一机二用,直接在线处理染色废液.结果表明,较优的处理条件为:pH值为3左右;温度130℃;反应时间为180min.在此条件下,对于质量浓度为0.5g/L的活性艳蓝染液,色度去除率高于99.7%,化学需氧量(CODcr)去除率为89.46%,均满足GB8978-88一级标准.与分散染料相比,活性染料更容易被氧化处理.
The discharged dyeing wastewater which has strong color,high value of chemical oxidation demand (CODer) may exert a great impact on the environment and the related ecology. Wet peroxide oxidation (WPO) process is recognized as one of the valuable methods to de-color and increase the biodegradability of dyeing effluent. In this paper,CAS-85-4 air pad package dyeing machine was employed to evaluate the influences of pH,temperature,dye concentration,operation time and dye type on the removal of CODCr and color. The experimental results revealed that the preferable reactive conditions were initial pH about 3.0,130℃ of the temperature, 180 min of reaction time. Compared with disperse dye,active dye was easier to be oxidized. For reactive brilliant blue solution as 0.5 g/L,color removal ratio was higher than 99.7% and the CODer removal ratio was 89.46%. The water quality of the final effluent can meet the first level of standard GB 8978--88.
