多级混合储能受初级能源蓄电池限制,存在电容器电压调节精度低的问题。为了实现舰载电磁发射装置的能级调节,提高混合储能电容器充电精度,采用闭环反馈电压调节方式控制充电电压。通过实验验证闭环反馈控制存在延迟、续流过充。提出延迟、续流补偿方法,利用蓄电池的提前关断补偿过充能量,达到电容器电压精确控制目的。进行实验,结果显示未处理电路电容充电精度为120 V,采用闭环反馈后存在最大223 V过充,进行补偿后充电精度达到35 V以内甚至更低。此方法针对混合储能结构特殊性,提高了充电精度,能够满足舰载电磁发射的能级调节。
Due to the restriction of primary-power battery in multilevel hybrid energy storage, the precision of capacitor's charging voltage is low. To achieve the power control of carrier electromagnetic launch and improve the charging precision of capacitor, the closed-loop and feed-back control was put forward. The experiments show that the closed-loop and feed-back control has the defect of excess voltage. Then the compensative means of delay and continuous current were put forward for the excess voltage. Through closing the battery current earlier, the compensative means achieved the precise control of capacitor's charging voltage. From experiments, we can draw conclusions that the precision of charging voltage is 120 V for general circuit. The excess voltage reaches 223 V by using closed-loop and feed-back while the value is 35 V by using the compensative means combining with closed-loop and feed-back control. So the new measures show the advantage in power controlling of electromagnetic launch.
