基于知识治理理论与动态知识整合的研究视角,探讨了社会型知识治理、外部知识获取和内部知识整合与组织创造力之间的作用关系,并构建了相应的概念模型。采用结构方程模型和收集到的239个有效企业样本对所提出的研究假设进行了验证,实证研究结果表明,社会型知识治理对组织创造力有积极影响;外部知识获取和内部知识整合在社会型知识治理与组织创造力间具有完全中介效应,且外部知识获取对内部知识整合有正向促进作用。研究结果不仅揭示了社会治理机制影响组织创造力的内部机理,而且也扩展了知识管理在组织创造力研究领域的应用。
Based on the knowledge governance theory and perspective of dynamic knowledge integration, this pa- per discusses the effect of social knowledge governance on organizational creativity, and builds the corresponding concept model, a framework that contains of social knowledge governance, external knowledge acquisition, internal knowledge integration and organizational creativity is established to reveal the relationship between knowledge go- vernance and creativity at organizational level. Using structural equation model to analyze the collected 239 valid enterprise samples, empirical results show that the social knowledge governance has a positive effect on organiza- tional creativity; extemal knowledge acquisition and intemal knowledge integration play a complete mediation ef- fect between knowledge governance and organizational creativity, and external knowledge acquisition has a positive role in promoting internal knowledge integration. The results not only explain the internal mechanism of social governance mechanisms influence creativity, but also extend the application of knowledge management in the field of organizational creativity research.
