根据R&D投资经济效果的计量模型,对我国大陆八大区域自主研究开发和区域间的外溢技术知识存量进行了测算,并据此对各区域技术知识总量的产出弹性系数和边际生产率进行了实证研究,结果表明:北部沿海地区同化吸收的外溢知识存量占地区总技术知识存量的比例最小,是技术的主要溢出方,而西北地区这一比例一直偏高,技术来源以接受的外溢技术为主。八大区域总技术知识存量的产出弹性系数在0.2030.436之间,而平均边际收益率则在1.367~9.097之间。
According to the econometric model for measuring the economic effect of R&D investment, calculated were the technological knowledge stocks of R&D investment and spilled over technology among eight regions in China and their elasticity of the output, and their marginal rates. Results show that the northern coastal regions are major parts of technological spillovers; the northwest regions' technologies are obtained basically from received spilled-over technologies. The output elastic coefficients of output of total technology knowledge stocks in the eight regions are 0. 203-0. 436 and average marginal rates are 1. 367-9. 097.
