目的:检测神经外科手术室照明系统光照强度,分析各种波长下光照强度物理学性质,以满足微创手术及深部组织手术照明的需求。方法:采用光照仪、滤光片和温度计对无影灯、显微镜的光照强度进行检测,分析不同光照强度对局部组织的升温作用。结果:经检测普通照明在手术床上的光照度为280~360 lx;无影灯距离手术床1 m聚焦照射,光照度为40000~55000 lx;Leica手术显微镜距离术区30 cm,85%档位的光照度为150000 lx;100%档位的光照度为172500 lx;当Leica手术显微镜光照度为172500 lx时,光照10 min时局部可升温18.5℃;光照度为150000 lx,光照10 min时局部可升温11.6℃。结论:手术室高强度的光照局部升温作用明显,无影灯中蓝光、紫光光照强度较手术显微镜高,应引起神经外科手术室术者的高度重视。
Objective: To investigate the light intensity and physics properties of the operating room lighting systems. Methods: Using a light meter, filter and thermometer to test the light intensity of shadowlessl lamp and operating microscope and the effect of local tissue temperature on the different light intensity. Results: The light intensity of operating room lighting in surgical bed is 280~360 lx. The shadowless lamp is 40000~55000 lx, 1m distance from surgery bed. The Leica operating microscope lamp of 85% gear is 150000 lx, 30 cm from the operation. And the 100% gear is 172500 lx. When the light intensity of Leica operating microscope light is 172500 lx, the temperature of the local tissue raise 18.5 ℃ after 10 min's illumination. When the light intensity is 150000 lx, the temperature raise 11.6 ℃. Conclusion: High strength light local thermal effect is obvious, the blue and violet light intensity of shadowless lamp is higher than that of the operating microscope and it should be paid great attention by the neurological surgeon.
