以前期构建的甘蔗杂交品种初级核心种质材料161份为研究对象,测定甘蔗品种苗期性状与产量性状之间的相互关系,为品种的早期选择提供理论支持。结果表明:(1)在苗期相关性状之间,出苗率和主茎苗占总苗数比例二者呈现正相关关系,而与分蘖苗相关性状表现出负相关关系;(2)在产量性状之间,株高与单茎重和蔗茎产量,茎径与单茎重之间表现出正相关关系,而茎径与蔗茎产量表现为负相关关系;(3)在苗期性状与产量性状之间,出苗率、分蘖苗占总苗数比例和分蘖苗成茎率与蔗茎产量表现出显著的正相关关系,且相关系数出苗率(0.576)〉分蘖苗成茎率(0.243)〉分蘖苗占总苗数比例(0.180);(4)分别筛选出82份、10份和30份在出苗率、分蘖苗占总苗数比例和分蘖苗成茎率指标上表现优异的材料。以上结果的获得将为品种早期筛选提供有价值的参考信息,并为品种产量改良提供优异亲本。
The correlations between traits at seedling stage and yield were analyzed with 161 clones of the pre- core collection of sugarcane hybrid constructed previously, to provide a basis for early phase selection. The results show that: (1) Among seedling related traits, emergence rate has a significant positive correlation with percentage of main stem seedlings, but negatively correlate with tillering seedling traits, stalk height is positively correlated with stalk weight and cane correlated with stalk weight and negatively correlated with cane yield; related traits; (2) Among yield related yield, and stalk diameter is positively (3) Between seedling related traits and yield related traits, the positive correlations are between emergence rate or percentage of tillering seedling or ratio of stems of tillering seedling and cane yield. The rank of correlation coefficients from high to low: emergence rate (0.576)〉 ratio of stems of tillering seedlings (0.243) 〉percentage of tillering seedling (0.180); (4) About 82 clones, 10 clones and 30 clones performed well respectively in emergence rate, ratio of stems of tillering seedling and percentage of tillering seedling. Together, these results could provide important information as well as elite parental lines for sugarcane breeding program.
