研究了盐酸质量分数、液固比、温度和时间对纤维素水解的影响,并对水解工艺条件进行优化。实验结果表明,水解的最佳工艺条件为:盐酸在混酸中的质量分数为4%,混酸与纤维素液固比为24:1(g/g),反应温度65℃,反应时间8h。在此条件下,总还原糖得率为25%,葡萄糖得率为16.7%,纤维低聚糖的得率为8.3%。
Effects of preparation of cellooligosaccharide by acid hydrolysis of cotton with mixed acid, the effect of concentration of hydrochloric acid, liquid to solid ratio, temperature and time dependence were studied. The optimum hydrolytic conditions were that the concentration of hydrochloric acid is 4%, the liquid to solid ratio is 24 : 1 (g/g), the temperature is 65℃ and the hydrolysis time are 8 h, under which yields of reducing sugars, glucose and cellooligosaccharide were 25%, 16.7% and 8.3% respectively.
