目前有关质体蛋白质转运的认识主要集中在具有典型叶绿体结构的生物中,在具有二次内共生质体的低等的单细胞真核生物中尚缺乏认识。二次内共生质体具有特殊的质体结构,其质体蛋白质转运系统也相对复杂。本文将对二次内共生质体蛋白质转运系统的研究进行概述。
Presently, our understanding of plastid protein transportation has mainly focused on organisms with typical chloroplast structure. However, it is still lack of understanding in the secondary plastids of lower unicellular eukaryotes. Secondary plastids have atypical structures and the protein transport systems that are relatively more complex but interesting. Here, we review the current researches progress of the protein transport system in secondary plastids.
