目的研究心率变异性指标用于脑力负荷评价的可行性,并对其在手控交会对接脑力负荷评价中的应用进行分析讨论。方法实验研究以手控交会对接操作为主任务,使用心率变异性来表征脑力负荷水平的变化。对8名志愿者进行了两个阶段共6轮的训练,每轮训练由10个共包含了高、中、低难度水平的操作单元组成。通过比较志愿者在两个阶段的关键绩效指标和心率变异性指标,分析心率变异性指标用于脑力负荷评价的有效性。结果在不同的操作难度、训练程度和操作阶段之间,部分心率变异性指标表现出了较强的敏感性,随着训练程度和操作阶段的变化,其敏感性强度也存在一定的差异。结论实验结果表明心率变异性指标可以用于脑力负荷评价,随着训练程度的提高,脑力负荷水平逐渐降低;随着单次操作过程中由前到后的变化,脑力负荷水平逐渐降低。
Objective This research aimed to study the feasibility and specific application of heart rate vari- ability (HRV) in the evaluation of mental workload during manual controlled Rendezvous and Docking (RVD). Method The main task in the experiment was manual controlled RVD, and HRV was used to evaluate men- tal workload. Eight volunteers took part in six rounds of training, each of which consisted of ten operation u- nits which were classified into three difficulty levels. The training was divided into two stages, and the prin- cipal performance indexes and HRV indexes were analyzed in both stages. The validity of HRV in mental workload evaluation was analyzed through comparison between different difficulty levels, training degrees and operation processes. Result Only parts of HRV indexes showed good sensitivity which varied with the training degree and operation process. Conclusion The experimental results proved the validity of HRV in mental workload evaluation. It also showed that the mental workload decreased with training, and the mental work- load decrease gradually in the whole operation process from beginning to the end.
