比较研究了近似抽样法生成随机数的理论基础，分析了各种近似抽样法的优缺点，给出了一种改进了Bootstrap抽样法的经验分布抽样法，此方法扩宽了Bootstrap方法的使用范围，并且结合MATLAB软件进行实例分析，模拟结果验证了理论分析．
英文摘要：
In this paper, by comparing the theoretical foundation of the different approximate sampling methods for generating random numbers, we analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the various approximations sampling methods. Then, we propose a experience distribution sampling method, which improved the Bootstrap sampling method. This method may widen the usable scope of Bootstrap method. Finally, the theoretical results are verified by the numerical simulation by using MATLAB software.
