利用自制的脱硫剂和优化后的脱硫工艺参数,比较静态法脱硫与动态法脱硫的效果,通过对高硫焦与脱硫剂的液固相反应动力学过程的分析计算阐述2种脱硫方法产生效果差异的原因。研究结果表明:当脱硫剂质量分数为60%、反应温度为60℃,脱硫剂与高硫焦的液固比为30 mL/g以及石油焦粒度小于106μm时,采用静态法脱硫时间为24 h后的脱硫率为53%,采用动态法脱硫时间为12 h后脱硫率高达72%;高硫焦在静态条件下的脱硫速率控制步骤为外扩散控制,动态条件下脱硫反应的表观活化能(Ea)为2.62 kJ/mol(远小于13.00 kJ/mol),说明该过程的速率控制步骤为内扩散控制。
Using home-made desulfurizer and the optimized parameters of the desulfurization process, the static desulfurization process and dynamic process were compared, and the differences of the two desulfurization processes were elaborated by analyzing the kinetics. The results show that at the parameters(mass fraction of 60%, reaction temperature of 60 ℃, liquid-solid rate of 30 mL/g, granularity〈 106 μm), the static desulfurization rate is 53% after 24 h,while only 12 h later, the dynamic desulfurization rate can be up to 72%. The desulfurization of petroleum coke under static conditions is a reaction of external diffusion control, while this process under dynamic conditions is a reaction of internal diffusion control with apparent activation energy(Ea) of 2.62 kJ/mol(〈13.00 kJ/mol).
