为了研究双向水力空化反应器耦合撞击流试验台强化生物柴油制备的操作因素的影响,基于ANSYS Fluent 15.0,针对入口压力,初始掺气含量,撞击流对空化效果和流场影响进行数值模拟。结果表明:空化产生于孔板孔内和孔板下游端,且空化强度和空化云范围随着入口压力的增加而增大。空化产生后对孔板后流场影响很大,产生漩涡。过大的掺气量对空化有明显抑制作用。撞击流在中心处湍动能较大,混合强烈。
Based on the ANSYS Fluent 15.0, the operating factors (inlet pressure, initial mixed gas content and impinging stream) are inves- tigated on a hydrodynamic cavitation - impinging reactor.The results show that cavitation is produced in the orifice plat and its downstream end.at the sime time, cavitation intensity and cavitation cloud range increases with the increase of inlet pressure, it is obvious that cavita- tion has a big influence on orifice flow.Too much mixed gas of cavitation has an obvious inhibitory effect.At the center of impinging stream, the turbulent kinetic energy is the largest.
