介晶氧化锌作为一种新型的光电功能材料,具有独特的电学、光电学、光化学和催化性质,在传感器、高频发生器和光催化等领域具有广泛的应用前景.本文综述了近年来介晶氧化锌的制备方法,如溶剂热法、沉淀法、离子液体法、溶胶凝胶法等,总结了这些方法的优点与不足.此外,还介绍了介晶氧化锌在应用方面的进展工作,并对其未来进展方向进行了展望.
ZnO mesocrystal is considered as a new class of photoelectric functional materials that exhibits excellent electrical, optoelectronics, photochemical and catalytic properties. Thus, it shows a broad prospect of application in sensors, photocatalysis, high frequency generator, etc. In this review, the research progress in the preparation of ZnO mesocrystal is presented, including solvothermal method, precipitation method, ionic liquid method, sol-gel method, etc. Their advantages and disadvantages are summarized. Furthermore, the progress in the application is also introduced. Finally, the prosperity of the research of mesocrystal ZnO is proposed.
