Repeat load acting on the gear tooth,the tooth root will produce deformation,and gradually expanded,resulting in fatigue fracture.In this article using finite element simulation software ANSYS,the stress and strain variation of gear under load is analyzed.And the foundation is made for the structural optimization design of the gear,anti-fracture design and safety design.
