从"关系"和"员工激励"的角度梳理授权型领导的内涵和授权型领导相关量表。综合实证研究成果,分析领导者个人、组织环境、员工三个因素对授权型领导的影响,以及授权型领导对员工、团队、组织、顾客等层面结果变量的影响,根据"工作动力模型"和"员工对领导的信任模型"解释授权型领导发生作用的中介机制,并探讨授权型领导发生作用的边界条件和授权型领导本身的调节作用。最后,指出现有研究存在的局限性并展望了未来研究方向。
The article analyzes the connotation and dimensions of empowering leadership from the angle of relationship and motivation,probes into the scale of empowering leadership,summarizes the consequences of empowering leadership from the level of employee,team,organization and customer,and uses job motivation model and leader- member exchange model to explain the impact mechanism of empowering leadership on the consequences,the moderation effect of empowering leadership on the consequences,and also the moderating role itself. Finally,some suggestions for future research are put forward.
