采用低剪切应力分散混合方法制备了不同含量的聚碳酸酯/羟基磷灰石纳米复合材料(PC/HAP),并研究了其力学性能和热行为。结果表明:采用低剪切应力法复合加入的HAP在基体中分散均匀但界面结合较弱,材料的屈服强度略有提高,而冲击性能有一定程度下降;对PC与PC/HAP复合材料在空气中热降解动力学的研究表明:在空气气氛中PC与PC/HAP均呈现二阶失重,HAP可显著提高材料的最大热失重温度及热稳定性,一阶热降解活化能由109 kJ/mol上升到186 kJ/mol,二阶热降解活化能由127 kJ/mol上升到195 kJ/mol。
Nanocomposites of polyearbonate/hydroxyapatite (PC/HAP) were prepared by mild method in low shear field. The frozen fractured surfaces of the composites were studied by means of SEM and the results indicate that the nano-HAP particles well disperse in the PC matrix but the interfacial bonds is weak, which leads to a slight decrease in impact strength and a little increase in yield strength; The kinetics of PC and PC/HAP thermal degradation was studied by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) under air atmosphere. The results indicate that the presence of HAP improves the thermal stability of PC obviously, both of PC and PC/HAP showing two steps thermal degradation pathway. The first activation energy Eai increase from 109 kJ/mol to 186 kJ/mol and the second activation energy Ea2 increase from 127 kJ/mol to 195 kJ/mol.
