提出了土地用途分区的目标函数与约束体系,对基于空间数据挖掘的土地用途分区系统框架进行了设计,重点分析了系统中的数据层、知识层、空间数据挖掘层的内容和实现策略,并实现了GIS与应用分析模型紧密耦合集成的土地用途分区系统.最后,以陕西省白河县土地用途分区为实例,验证了该系统应用于县级土地用途分区的可行性和有效性.
The objective function and constraints system were put forwarded for the land use zoning. The framework of land use zoning system was designed based on spatial data mining, which focus on the content and implementation strategy of data layer, knowledge layer, spatial data mining layer. Land use zoning system was constructed by coupled integration GIS and analysis model. The applicability of the proposed land use zoning system was illustrated in the analysis of land use planning of Baihe county in Shanxi Province.
