360羽1日龄的AA肉鸡随机分成3组,即分别饲喂基础日粮的对照组及在基础日粮中添加5%凹凸棒石黏土和5%改性凹凸棒石黏土的试验组,研究凹凸棒石黏土对肉鸡生产性能、免疫指标和血液及肝脏镁含量的影响。结果表明,与对照组相比,凹土组和改性凹土组肉鸡的平均体重、平均日增重、料肉比均无显著差异,但能降低单位增重成本。凹土组和改性凹土组的脾脏指数和胸腺指数均无显著差异,但42日龄胸腺指数比对照组分别增加26.3%和31.6%。凹土组和改性凹土组21日龄血浆镁含量极显著低于对照组(P〈0.01),肝脏镁含量无显著差异(P〉0.05);凹土组和改性凹土组42日龄血浆和肝脏镁含量均无显著差异(P〉0.05),但凹土组血浆镁含量比对照组增加12.1%,肝脏镁含量比对照组增加14.8%。
360 one-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into 3 groups, i.e. the control group of basal diet, and trial groups of diets added with 5% attapulgite and 5% modified attapulgite, by which a experiment was conducted for studying the effects of attapulgite and modified attapulgite on production performance, immunity parameters and content of magnesium in plasma and liver of broilers. The results showed that the average weight, average daily gain and feed-meat ratio of broilers in attapulgite and modified attapulgite groups in age of 21 and 42 days were not significantly different from those in control group, but the cost for specific gain could be reduced. The liver index and thymus index of attapulgite and modified attapulgite groups were not significantly different, but the thymus index of groups in age of 42 days increased by 26.3% and 31.6% than that of control group respectively. The eontent of magnesium in prophase plasma of attapulgite and modified attapulgite groups was very obviously lower than that of control group ( P 〈 0.01 ), and no obvious difference in content of magnesium in liver ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; the content of magnesium in anaphase plasma and liver of attapulgite and modified attapulgite groups in age of 42 days was not obviously different ( P 〉 0.05 ), but the content of magnesium in plasma of attapulgite group in age of 42 days increased by 12. 1% and the content of magnesium in liver increased by 14.8% than those of control group.
