为解决炼钢-连铸生产过程仿真动画的控件化问题与数据库和后台通讯问题以及动作自适应调整和可选择性问题,基于计算机图形学理论和工业领域广泛采用的OpenGL图形技术,提出了炼钢-连铸过程3D自适应仿真设备控件建模方法,给出了基于仿真控件模型采用C#语言实现仿真控件的方法。基于本文模型实现的仿真设备控件具有仿真时间自适应调节和速度实时调整功能,并具有与后台仿真系统进行实时通信的能力。
In order to solve a series problems in the steelmaking-continuous casting process, the method for developing 3D self-adaptive animation models for steelmaking-continuous casting device simulation is proposed based on OpenGL technology and computer graphics theory. The method for implemen- ting the animation controls in C# language is given. The model has the functions of adaptive adjus- ting of simulation time and real-time speed adjusting, and also it has the ability of real-time communi- cation with simulation system.
