文章在建立包含旅游现实竞争力、旅游潜在竞争力和旅游支持竞争力三大准则的城市旅游竞争力评价指标体系的基础上，运用AHP法对安徽各地市的旅游竞争力进行了综合评价，并根据旅游竞争力评价结果，将安徽各地市分为旅游竞争力最强、较强、一般和较弱。再利用锡尔系数法对这四类城市的内部差异及类别间差异进行定量分析，由此得出安徽省旅游竞争力总体差异来源和四类城市旅游竞争力差异来源，最后提出了促进安徽省旅游业均衡发展的措施。

英文摘要：

T his paper firstly establishes an evaluation index system of tourism competitiveness ,including tourism realistic competitiveness ,tourism potential competitiveness and tourism support compet-itiveness .Then the tourism competitiveness of the cities in Anhui Province is evaluated by using the method of analytic hierarchy process（AHP） .Based on the evaluation results ,these cities are divided into the strongest tourism competitiveness type , stronger tourism competitiveness type , general tourism competitiveness type and weak tourism competitiveness type .And the Theil coefficient is used to quantitatively analyze the internal differences and the category differences among the four types of cities ,so as to explore the origin of overall differences about Anhui tourism competitiveness and the origin of the category differences among the four types of cities .Finally ,some measures to promote the balanced development of tourism in Anhui Province are put forward .
