通过化学腐蚀和偏光显微镜,对KBe2BO3F2（KBBF）和RbBe2BO3F2（RBBF）晶体中存在的一种条状孪晶缺陷进行了研究,观察了孪晶习性,探讨了其孪晶律,并结合晶体生长情况对该孪晶的形成原因进行了分析。

英文摘要：

A kind of stripe-like twins were revealed by chemical etching and polarizing microscopy in both KBe2BO3F2（KBBF） and RbBe2BO3F2（RBBF） crystals.The twinning characters were presented and the twinning laws were investigated.The twins were considered to be formed during the crystal growth due to temperature variations.
