为解决业务流程管理在跨组织应用中面临的知识概念、术语不一致等问题,研究了构建旅游领域业务流程本体知识库的方法。在知识库中对可变业务流程的各个基本元素进行本体描述,实现旅游领域业务流程术语的规范化,设计本体约束规则并给出知识库中业务流程信息管理、分析的方法。实例结果表明,知识库的设计实现了业务流程术语的规范化及对流程知识的方便管理。
To solve the problemof concept and terminology inconsistencies of cross-organizational BPM,amethod of building ontologybased business process knowledge base in the filed of tourism is studied.The basic elements of variable business processes are described by ontology,achieving the standardization of terminology in the field of tourism business processes.Ontology rules are designed and methods formanaging and analyzing the business process information are proposed.Finally,a case study is presented to show that design of knowledge base achieve the standardization of business processes and facilitate knowledge management.
