采用不同的氩弧焊焊接工艺,选用ER55-B2-Mn V焊丝,对管壁厚为5 mm的T91和12Cr1Mo V两种耐热钢材料进行了焊接,焊后观察焊缝成形及焊缝各区域显微组织。通过电化学腐蚀试验,研究了不同工艺焊接的异种钢焊接接头的抗腐蚀性能。结果表明T91/12Cr1Mo V异种耐热钢管对接焊焊缝区组织不均匀,最佳焊接电流为120 A。在电化学腐蚀试验中,当焊接电流为100 A和140 A时焊缝在3.5%Na Cl溶液中耐腐蚀性能低于两种母材,120 A试样的焊缝区由于存在大量较为均匀的马氏体使得其耐腐蚀性能优于100和140 A试样。
T91/12CrlMoV dissimilar heat-resistant steel with tube wall thickness of 5mm were welded by TIG arcwelding with different welding parameters and ER55-B2-MnV welding wire. The formation of joints and microstructure ineach welding region were observed atter welding, and the corrosion resistance of dissimilar heat-resistant steel joints withdifferent welding parameters were studied by electrochemical corrosion tests.The results show that the microstructure of theweld is not uniform, and the best welding current is 120A. During electrochemical corrosion test, when the current is 100 Aand 140 A, the corrosion resistance of weld joint in 3.5%NaC1 solution is worse than that of the base metal. The corrosionresistance of 120A specimen is better than that of 100A and 140A specimens due to a large number of relatively uniformmartensite.
