针对单角度盘铣刀加工平面蜗轮效率低等缺点,提出了一种用单齿飞刀连续分度加工平面齿蜗轮的方法。单齿飞刀制造方便,加工过程简单,连续分度的加工效率比单齿分度高。建立了飞刀直刃运动数学模型,分析了飞刀切得的齿面与理论齿面之间的关系,提出了飞刀安装倾角的求解方法。对于高精度平面蜗轮制造,该方法具有很高的应用价值。
To resolve the problem ol low etticiency of single disc--milling--cutter for planar worm gear manufacturing, a novel approach that a Single--tooth Flying Cutter Manufacturing (SFCM) was used to cut planar tooth worm gear index--continuously was developed. SFCM has many advantages, such as the convenience of single--tooth flying cutter fabrication, simplicity of cutting process of worm gear teeth, and higher efficiency of continuous index than single--tooth index. The mathematic model of cutter movement trace was established. The relationship between cutting profile and theoretic profile of the teeth was analyzed. The calculating method of cutter--fix angle for SFCM was presented. For high precision manufacturing of planar worm gear, SFCM is also a good method for efficient semi precise manufacturing.
