由于现场试验条件的制约,利用常规电气试验进行变压器绕组变形诊断时,存在判断不够准确的情况。本文对绕组电容量、短路阻抗与变压器相邻绕组间几何距离的关联性进行了定性分析,分析了当变压器低压、中压绕组分别或同时发生变形时,绕组电容量、短路阻抗试验结果的变化规律。针对内蒙古电网内变压器典型短路冲击事故实例,根据电容量与短路阻抗试验结果判定变压器绕组变形情况,之后将设备返厂解体分析,验证了基于绕组电容量和短路阻抗试验的综合判定方法的准确性。
Due to the restriction of the cite test conditions,some inaccurate judgments exist during utilizing the conventional electrical tests to conduct the transformer winding deformation diagnostic tests.Based on the discussion of the qualitative relationship which was associated with the geometric distance between the adjacent windings respectively corresponding to the test results of winding capacitance and short-circuit impedance,summarized the variation between the diagnostic and the previous test results about winding capacitance and short-circuit impedance,when the transformer low-voltage,medium-voltage windings respectively and simultaneously deformed.Meanwhile,aimed at a typical power grid transformer short circuit impact accident by using electric capacity and short-circuit impedance test results on the transformer winding deformation diagnostic determination,and with the opportunity of the transformer disintegration,verified that the related determination method based on an integrated short-circuit impedance and electric capacity was correct.
