以8mm和12mm厚中纤板为研究对象,改变两种板材含水率,用穿孔萃取法和干燥器法测试板材游离甲醛含量随含水率的变化趋势。试验结果表明:随着含水率的升高,穿孔萃取法(碘量法、光度法)、干燥器法的测试值均呈上升趋势。穿孔萃取法的测试值受含水率影响较大,同一批板材由于含水率的不同,穿孔萃取值可在E1~E3级之间变化。建议在修订穿孔萃取法测定甲醛释放量国标时,考虑含水率修正系数。
Taking 8mm and 12mm thick MDF for the study,changing the moisture content of two plates,the trends of the two plates' moisure content changes were tested by perforation extraction method and desiccator method.The results show that: the test values seperatedly with perforation extraction(iodimetry method and spectrophotometric method),and desiccator method were increased with the moisture content increased.The former two values measured by perforation extraction method were influenced by moisture content notably,and varied during the E1~E3 levels due to the different moisure content for the same group of plates.According to the results mentioned above,moisture content correction coefficient should be considered when national standard of formaldehyde emission were revised.
