北京地铁剪切型减振器扣件区段大量出现钢轨波磨现象,经调查和测试分析发现:剪切型减振器扣件轨道系统在200~400Hz频段内的轮轨共振效应是引发钢轨波磨的主要原因,而剪切型减振器扣件轨道系统在此频段内阻尼过小,无法有效抑制钢轨振动。在轨腰处安装一种调频式钢轨减振器来抑制钢轨振动,进而抑制波磨发展,并在北京地铁亦庄线进行了现场试验,主要测试指标为调频式钢轨减振器安装前后钢轨振动衰减率和钢轨振动加速度。试验结果表明:安装调频式钢轨减振器,大大提高了剪切型减振器扣件轨道系统在200~400 Hz频段内的钢轨振动衰减率,有效地抑制了此频段内钢轨的振动。
The rail corrugation on the track using the Egg fastener becomes a serious problem on several operating lines of Beijing metro in recent years.The investigations and field measurements show that the corrugation is mainly induced by the resonance vibration in the train/track system at 200-400 Hz.And the damping on the Egg fastener track in 200-400 Hz range is not sufficient to suppress the resonance vibration.To suppress the vibration of rail,the Tuned Rail Damper(TRD)was installed on the rail web to provide effective damping on the Egg fastener track.And a test was carried out on Yizhuang line of Beijing metro to evaluate the effectiveness of suppressing rail vibration.The track decay rate and the pass-by acceleration on the rail were measured before and after the TRD installation.The measurement results show that TRD is an effective treatment for increasing the decay rate and reducing the vibration of rail on the Egg fastener track.
