钻削过程中在工件的出口处形成的毛刺严重地影响了工件的质量,制约着自动化加工技术的发展。由于在钻削毛刺形成过程中,钻头结构、受力情况非常复杂,采用传统的数学-力学方法很难建立其分析模型。首次提出利用材料失效模型建立钻削毛刺形成模拟的有限元模型,模拟结果得到的三种不同形态的钻削毛刺与试验取得了一致。模型的建立为主动控制毛刺优化选择切削参数及深入分析毛刺形成过程中工件材料内部弹-塑性变形及力学机制提供了一种新的有效途径。
Burrs formed on end surface in drilling affected the quality of workpiece seriously and restricted the development of automatic processing technology.It’s very difficult to establish the analysis model for drilling burr formation using traditional mathematics method because of the complicated drill structure and force conditions.A finite element model of drilling burr formation based on material failure was proposed.Three different burr types obtained from simulation results agreed with the experimental results.The mechanics of drilling burr formation process can be studied based on the analysis of workpiece elasto-plastic deformation and stress-strain distribution characteristic.It provides an effective method for mechanism analysis of the drilling burr formation.
