采用有限元方法对两种不同温度下三辊楔横轧中碳钢棒材的轧制过程进行了数值分析,分析了轧件横截面上温度及等效应变的分布规律,并通过实验研究分析测定了截面上不同位置处的显微组织及硬度分布。结果表明:轧件等效应变等值面在轧件横截面上呈环状分布,由心部向外变形程度逐渐增大;轧制过程中轧件内部存在明显的温升,大约在轧件1/2半径处温升最明显;轧件典型组织为珠光体与先共析铁素体,且从心部到表层组织逐渐变细。同时发现轧件外表层有产生脱碳,其组织为铁素体。
A rolling process of the three-roll cross wedge rolling for AISI 1045 steel is simulated using finite element method (FEM). The distributions of temperature and efficient strain in radial section of rolled pieces are analyzed. The microstructure and properties of different positions in radial section are investigated by experiment. The simulation and experiment results indicate that: 1) the efficient strain is ring like distribution in the radial section of rolled pieces; 2) the efficient strain is small in the center and the strain increase from the center to surface gradually; 3) temperature of rolled piece increases during the processing of rolling; 4) the smaller is the rolling temperature, the higher is temperature rise; 5) the microstructure of rolled pieces consists ofpearlite and pro- eutectoid ferrite; 6) the microstructure fines from the center to surface, and there exists decarburization in the outermost layer of the rolled pieces.
