航空发动机结构装配性能对于保证发动机安全稳定的工作具有极其重要的意义。以航空发动机高压转子为研究对象,围绕转子装配性能进行检测试验、特征提取、规律分析等方面的研究。在分析小波包分解原理以及能量熵原理的基础上,提出了基于小波包能量熵的信号特征提取方法。通过对不同状态下的航空发动机高压转子装配陛能进行检测试验对该方法的准确性加以验证。实验结果表明,所提出的特征提取方法能够准确描述转子装配状态变化规律。
The safety and stability of the aeroengine highly depends on the structure of the assembly performance. The researches are mainly on the test experiment, feature extraction, and ruling analysis af the high-pressure rotor. Founded on the analysis af theory af wavelet packet decomposition and energy entropy, the feature extraction method is proposed based on the wavelet packet energy entropy. It tests the aeroengine high-pressure rotor assembly performance under different conditions in order to verify the accuracy af this method. The experimental results show that the propased feature extraction method can accurately describe the state variation af the rotor assembly.
