为了解决马钢集团和睦山铁矿区大断面巷道交叉点支护困难的工程问题,对该矿巷道破坏情况进行了调查和研究。利用电子显微视频仪发现了造成岩石局部局部应力集中及破坏的岩石包体特殊结构,查明了巷道破坏的原因。在此基础上,提出了锚网喷一次支护,锚注与锚索联合二次加强支护的复合支护方案。利用ABAQUS非线性有限元软件模拟分析了锚注联合支护的作用机理,数值计算结果验证了支护方案的合理性。现场施工监测表明,采用联合支护方案后巷道交岔点处围岩变形趋于稳定,两帮累计位移最终为20 mm左右,取得了良好支护效果。
In order to solve the problem in supporting cross roadway with large span in Hemushan mining area of Maanshan Steel Group, the roadway destruction was investigated. A special inclusions structure which can cause local stress concentration and failure in rock was observed by video microscope. And the damage reasons of roadway were found out. On the basis of these, a composite support scheme of bolt - steel mesh - shotcreting for the first flexible support and bolting - grouting and pro - stressed anchor cable for the secondary fortified support was designed. Simulation analysis was made on the supporting mechanism of the combination of bolt, shotcreting, steel mesh and grouting by nonlinear finite element software ABAQUS, and the results of numerical calculation proved the combined support scheme to be rational. The monitored results of ease engineering show that the deformation of surrounding rock at the cross roadway tended to be stable, the accumulative displacement of surrounding rock among two sides of the cross roadway was in the range of 20mm, resulting in good effect of support.
