为了对煤矸石集料级配作用进行深入研究,采取煤矸石集料空隙率作为评价指标.试验采用粒径0.16~26.5mm的集料,采用最大密度曲线公式确定煤矸石集料的颗粒级配范围,通过调整最大密度曲线n值,确定集料中各粒径组的比例,结合集料的空隙率,运用灰色关联分析各粒径组比例对集料空隙率的影响.研究结果 表明:煤矸石粗集料对空隙率的影响大于煤矸石细集料的影响,当n=0.56时,煤矸石集料的空隙率最小,粗集料的骨架作用和细集料的支承作用最好.
In order to investigate the effect of coal gangue aggregate, the voids was tested as evaluate index. In the study, the maximum density curve formula was used to measure the grading range of each group coal gangue aggregate of 0.16~26.5mm, and the grading range of each group was calculated by different value of n. Then grey correlation analysis was used to analysis of influencing factors of different particle size distribution on voids. The results show the influence effect of coarse coal gangue aggregate on voids higher than fine coal gangue aggregate. The coarse coal gangue aggregate expresses the best skeleton effect, while the fine coal gangue aggregate expresses the best skeleton Supporting effect, with the maximum density curve formula value of 0.56.
