级联型多电平变流器常用的开关调制技术是载波相移正弦波脉宽调制(CPS-SPWM)技术,该技术需要大量的PWM发生器,在数字化实现过程中遇到了很大阻碍。因此,将单极性SPWM技术引入级联型多电平变流器中,提出了新型CPS-SPWM技术,比传统调制技术可以节省一半的PWM发生器,对级联型多电平变流器的数字化实现有重要的理论意义和实用价值。这里在介绍新型CPS-SPWM技术的基础上,详细介绍了新型CPS-SPWM技术的两种数字实现方法,并通过实验验证了理论分析的正确性。
The paper proposes a novel single-stage Buck-Boost PV inverter topology including only five switches and two power diodes,which has a compact structure and low switch frequency.It does not need DC capacitor and can generate an AC output voltage larger or lower than the input one in a single stage,it can be used in AC module.The operation principle is analyzed in detail and the mathematics model is founded by the state-space average method.The simulation studies and prototype experiments of the control system are constructed by SPWM control method.The sim-ulation and experimental results are given to verify the validity and effectiveness of the proposed inverter.
