针对海绵城市在生态环境方面的要求,提出一种CO2排放量控制的优化模型。首先分析城市光伏发电与城市能源生产企业对CO2排放量的影响,然后考虑海绵城市光伏发电,建立CO2排放量控制优化模型,最后采用带精英策略的非支配排序遗传算法进行模型求解。实验结果表明,该方法能较好解决城市能源生产企业排碳量的控制问题,为我国城市建设提供决策依据。
In view of the sponge in the urban ecological environment requirements, a carbon dioxide emissions control optimization model is set up. Firstly, the influence on city carbon dioxide emissions by city photovoltaic energy production enterprises is analyzed. Consider the sponge city photovoltaic power generation, carbon dioxide emissions control optimization model is established. Finally strategy nondominated sorting genetic algorithm with elite strategy is adopted to improve the model. The experimental results show that the method can better solve the urban energy production enterprise carbon control problem, offer the decision basis for city construction in our country.
