摘要:目的研究蓝刺头(Echinops sphaerocephalusLinn)根的化学成分。方法采用反复硅胶柱色谱、SephadexLH-20、重结晶等技术手段进行分离纯化,通过理化性质、核磁共振波谱和质谱鉴定结构。结果从乙醇提取物的石油醚部分中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为正三十一烷(1)、α-三联噻吩(2)、卡多帕亭(3)、羽扇-20(29)-烯-3-酮(4)、羽扇豆醇乙酸酯(5)、5-乙酰基-2,2’-联噻吩(6)、牛蒡子醛(7)、木蜡酸(8)、羽扇豆醇(9)和α-谷甾醇(10)。结论从蓝刺头根中分离鉴定10个化合物,其中1-9是首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of the roots of Echinops sphaerocephalus. METHODS The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and recrystallization. The structures were identified by physicoehemical properties and spectral analysis method. RESULTS Ten compounds were isolated from E. sphaeroceph- alus and identified as n-hentriacontane ( 1 ) , α-terthienyl ( 2 ) , cardopatine ( 3 ) , lup-20 ( 29 ) -en-3-one ( 4 ) , lupeol acetate ( 5 ), 5 -acetyl-2,2'-bithiophene ( 6 ), arctinal ( 7 ), tetracosanoic acid ( 8 ), lupeol ( 9 ), and β-sitosterol ( 10 ), respectively. CONCLUSION Ten compounds are isolated from E. sphaerocephaIus, among which nine are isolated for the first time from this plant.
