采用环氧端基甲基苯基硅油(EPMPS)对聚苯并噁嗪(PBOZ)树脂进行增韧改性,研究了EPMPS/苯并噁嗪(BOZ)共混树脂的固化行为,考察了EPMPS含量对EPMPS/PBOZ共混树脂力学性能的影响,采用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了其冲击断裂形貌。当EPMPS含量为10%(质量分数)时,EPMPS/PBOZ共混树脂的缺口冲击强度和弯曲强度均达到最大,分别为2.87kI/群和146MPa,较纯PBOZ树脂分别提高了46%和33%。进一步采用动态热机械分析仪(DMA)和热重分析仪(TGA)分别研究了EPMPS/PBOZ共混树脂的粘弹性能和热稳定性能,发现EPMPS/PBOZ共混树脂具有较高的耐热性和热稳定性。
Polybenzoxazine (PBOZ) resin was toughened by epoxy terminated methyl phenyl silicon oil (EPMPS). The curing behaviors of EPMPS/benzoxazine (BOZ) blend resin were studied. The effects of EPMPS con- tent on mechanical property and morphology of the impact fracture surface of EPMPS/PBOZ blend resin were investi- gated. The results show that both the notched impact strength and the bending strength reach the maximum of 2.87 kJ/m2 and 146MPa, respectively, when the EPMPS content is 10wt%, and increase 46% and 33% comparing to the pristine PBOZ resin. The viscoelastic properties and the thermal stability were further studied by dynamic viscoelastic analysis (DMA) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), respectively. The results show that EPMPS/PBOZ blend resin has good heat resistance and thermal stability.
