目的心血管疾病与心脏心律失常和心功能衰竭有关,筛选心功能衰竭相关基因能为深入阐明人类心血管疾病的发病机制奠定基础。果蝇是经典的模式动物,通过心功能衰竭果蝇模型来大规模筛选果蝇不同染色体上与心功能衰竭发生相关的基因,利用该模型结合生物统计学分析方法研究了果蝇第1号染色体上53个缺失系与心功能衰竭发生的关系,鉴定出9个缺失系有比较显著的心功能衰竭现象,表明它们与心功能衰竭的发生有关。
Cardiovascular disease are related to arrhythmias and heart failure.A established Drosophila model for studying heart failure which provides a faster and more accurate method for a large-scale screening of heart failure-related genes in different fruit fly chromosomes may laid foundation for the further study of the pathogenesis of human cardiovascular disease.In this paper,the heart failure rate of 53 deficiency lines in the first chromosome have been studied by the model.Nine deficiency lines which show a prominent cardiac failure phenomenon have been identified that are related to the occurrence of heart failure.
