以粉煤灰为主要原料,采用碳热还原氮化法合成β-Sialon粉体,再以该粉体为主要原料,添加适量Y2O3烧结助剂,利用微波无压烧结技术研究β-Sialon陶瓷的微波烧结行为。结果表明:活性炭与粉煤灰质量比值(mc/mf)为0.43,氮气流量为0.5L/min,合成温度为1450℃,保温6h条件下,获得显微形貌为粒状,z=2的β-Sialon粉体;在微波烧结温度为1500℃,保温时间为20min条件下,获得试样的密度为2.86g/cm3,相对密度为92.3%,HV0.5为1528。
β-Sialon was synthesized using fly ash and activated carbon as starting materials by carbothermal reduction and nitridation. The β-Sialon powder was sintered by microwave sintering method with Y2 03- The results showed that the β-Sialon powder with z value of 2 could be synthesized with the mass ratio of activated carbon to fly ash(mc/mf) of 0.43 at 1450 ℃ for 6 h and the N2 flow of 0.5 L/ rain. The sintered sample with density of 2.86 g/cm3, relative density of 92.3% and HV0.5 of 1528 was obtained at 1500 ℃ for 20 min by microwave sintering method.
