The theory of situated cognition advocates a kind of cognitive view that is based on and embedded in situation. It marks a new pattern of cognition. The situatedness of cognition emphasizes that the cognitive process is related to factors of situation such as the environment,the society,the culture,the history,the politics the body and the tool etc. The researches on situated cognition of contemporary cognitive scientists,philosophers of science,science studies researchers and so on show some specific ways in which cognitive practices are situated.
