从组织信息交流密切影响企业产品创新的角度,综合考虑信息交流、组织能力和产品创新之间的影响关系,形成了产品创新管理研究的新框架,提出了揭示三者之间关系的概念模型及理论命题.本文认为,企业产品创新依赖于组织的动态能力和运作能力,而这两种能力的构建又取决于新知识的获取和交流;因此在企业的创新实践中,管理者应该综合考虑信息沟通和组织能力对产品创新的共同作用.
From the perspective of the impact of information communication on product innovation, the relationships among information communication, organizational capability and product innovation are considered comprehensively to form a new analysis framework for production innovation management, and the conceptual model and research propositions are established. It is argued that product innovation depends on firm's dy- namic capability and operational capability, and both of capabilities rely on the acquisition and communication of new knowledge. Therefore managers should comprehensively consider the role of both information communication and organizational capability to product innovatin.
