基于CFD技术和激光多普勒测速、高速CCD等流场测试手段,研究了几种典型工况下微型轴流血泵内部及其出口的流场。揭示了导叶内部回流、漩涡,以及出口流动滞止区、二次流等流动细节;实验对比了两种不同结构后导叶的出口流场,发现导叶A的出口流场二维流动明显,符合血泵流场的需要,此研究为进一步开展血泵后导叶的优化设计提供了依据。
Based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technology, laser Doppler velocimetry and high speed CCD flow field measuring methods, the flow fields of a micro axis.flow blood pump under several typical working conditions were studied. The details of the flow fields such as the backflow, vortex and secondary flow were revealed. After comparing the flow fields between diffuser A and B in the experiment, the flow field of diffuser A was found to be planar in evidence, which met the blood pump flow field' s need better than that of diffuser B. This work is valuable to optimize a blood pump diffuser.
