A new model of complex dynamical network called complex spatio-temporal switching network is established. The subsystem of each node at different time intervals corresponds to different switching modes, and switching signal depends on the instant time t and the index of node i. Based on Lyapunov stability theory, synchronization and passivity of complex spatio-temporal switching networks, including the presence of communication time-delays are addressed.
