根据汉江上游梯级水电站长期发电优化调度计算结果,统计梯级各水电站的发电过程特征,对各电站月发电量进行排频计算,拟定了不同的年度合约电量,通过比较分析,确定取各水电站多年平均发电量的45%作为其各自的年度合约电量较为合适;并依据水电站的月发电量排频结果对年度合约电量进行了年内分解,制定了各水电站的年度合约电量年内分解方案。研究结果可为汉江上游梯级水电站在电力市场下如何运营提供技术支持和决策依据。
This paper studies the features of contract power output for the cascade power stations on the upper Hanjiang River by calculating the statistics of their long-term optimized operation and power output and by comparing different typical years in terms of their ratio of annual contract output over the actual annual output.The results show that on an average,the ratio of each station is 45% that means a high guaranteed efficiency.A scheme of how to decompose the annual contract output into monthly ones for each station is also derived using the reliable output in each month.This work provides a basis for the stations' operation and decision making in the power market.
