本文研究了相变材料在泡沫金属中的相变凝固传热过程,建立了泡沫金属相变材料的凝固相变传热的双温度模型,并进行了凝固相变传热模拟研究。模拟表明,使用泡沫金属作为骨架可以有效改善石蜡相变传热,缩短石蜡的凝固时间;石蜡在相变传热过程中与泡沫金属之间存在温差,且在发生凝固相变时温差达到最大。研究结果还表明,泡沫金属孔隙率越小,石蜡凝固的速度越快。
The solidification process of phase change materials(PCMs) in high porosity metal foams is studied in this paper.A two-temperature model is established to simulate the solidification heat transfer process of the PCMs in metal foams.The simulation results show that metal foams used as a solid matrix can greatly improve the phase change heat transfer of paraffin and reduce the solidification time.There is temperature difference between paraffin and metal foams during the phase change heat transfer process of paraffin,and it reaches the maximum when phase change occurring. It is also shown that the paraffin solidification speed can be increased with the decreasing of metal foams porosity.
