以集群式供应链为背景,针对客户需求不确定性,考察一供应链零售商的紧急库存补充渠道来自于另一供应链零售商的跨链间库存协作问题。提出了跨链间库存协作机制,并将纵向正常补货的经济订购批量策略与横向紧急补货的库存协作机制相结合建立了数学模型,给出了模型有解的判别式和模型存在最优解的条件,提出求最优解的搜索算法。仿真结果表明:库存协作机制显著提高协作各方的利润,同时有效降低了库存成本。
In the context of cluster supply chain, we explore the cross-chain inventory collaboration, in which the retailer of one supply chain facing uncertain demand receives the transshipped stock from the retailer of another chain. This paper proposes a cross-chain collaboration mechanism and builds a mathematical model which integrates the emergency transshipment strategy horizontally with another retailer into the economic order quantity strategy vertically with the supplier. We establish the discriminant that a feasible solution exists and the conditions that an optimal solution exists, and propose a search algorithm to find the optimal solution. Numerical simulation indicates that the inventory collaboration mechanism can significantly improve the profits of the participants, and effectively reduce the inventory costs as well.
