胞膜窖(caveolae)是细胞质膜内陷形成的凹陷小窝,参与细胞内多种重要的生理活动的调节.近年研究表明,电压门控钾离子通道、钙离子激活的电压门控钾离子通道和ATP敏感的钾离子通道等多种钾离子通道家族成员的功能调节与胞膜窖有关.本文概括介绍了胞膜窖和钾离子通道调节关系的研究进展.
Caveolae are small invaginations of the plasma membrane in many cell types and involved in several important physiological fuctions.Recently,many potassium channels,such as voltage-gated K + channel,Ca2 +-activated K + channel and ATP sensitive K + channel,have been found in caveolae and play an important role in different signal transduction pathways.Here we mainly review the location of potassium channels in caveolae and the regulation of potassium channels by caveolins.
